Palakiko Chandler (he/they) is a Queer, Native Hawaiian, Chinese, storyteller and journalist. Palakiko is an alumnus of Brigham Young University, with a B.A. in Communications emphasizing in News Media and Broadcast Journalism. He is also an admitted J.D. candidate at the William S. Richardson School of Law in Hawaiʻi, class of 2023. Palakiko's primary research interests lie at the intersection of American jurisprudence and history, particularly in the context of the pursuit of Native Hawaiian political and social justice.
